How on-site support works
Cargo OS is software, delivered as a service. On-site presence is a premium add-on with clear, fair boundaries — so support stays fast for everyone.
Software-only scope
Included visits cover Cargo OS software only. Issues rooted in your internet, local hardware or third-party services are handled as billable IT consultancy.
Geographic coverage
Included on-site visits cover offices within Dar es Salaam city limits. Travel beyond the zone is arranged with travel & accommodation reimbursement.
Use-it-or-lose-it
On-site visit allowances are per-period and do not roll over. Unused quarterly or monthly visits reset — keeping schedules predictable for both sides.

Why is there a setup fee?
It covers real deployment work — server provisioning, importing your historical data, and two days of on-site training so your staff is productive from day one.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade as your operation grows; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What if we need an emergency on-site visit?
Core clients can book call-outs at a flat rate; Professional and Enterprise get discounted emergency rates and included scheduled visits.
Is our data isolated from other companies?
Completely. Every record is scoped to your company account with enforced multi-tenant isolation — no cross-company reads, anywhere.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes — a locked, double-entry ledger with historical exchange rates keeps multi-currency invoicing and disbursements accurate.
